OPEN to Companies located or can legally operate in BarbadosSCOPE OF TENDER The selected contractor will be required to:      •        Conduct a site assessment of the reception area prior to submission to confirm exact dimensions, the position of the central structural column, and the location of all existing under-desk electrical infrastructure •        Design and propose a modern, compact, and ergonomic receptionist desk that fits within the architectural character of the lobby •        Supply all required materials, hardware, fittings, and integrated storage components in accordance with the approved design •        Safely remove and dispose of the existing receptionist desk, including protection of the marble flooring and the structural column throughout the removal process •        Manage, protect, and reinstate all existing under-desk electrical cabling and connections during removal and installation •        Deliver and install the completed unit during agreed out-of-hours periods to minimise disruption to UN House operations •        Make good any damage to the lobby floor, column, or surrounding surfaces caused during works, at the contractors own cost •        Provide a formal handover to UNDP upon completion, including all warranty documentation and after-sales service details Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
