Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Customise the existing course content to the African context, ensuring relevance to regional social protection systems and contextual realities. - Prepare, print, and package all customised training materials—excluding the base documents—for use during the pilot and the training‑of‑trainers (ToT) session. - Facilitate the pilot and ToT sessions, including daily preparation of training rooms and ensuring that all required materials and resources are organised and available. - Review and incorporate all post‑pilot feedback to refine, update, and finalise the course materials based on insights gathered during implementation. - Design, format, and package the final customised training materials, ensuring they are ready for dissemination and future use.
