Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed. Facilitating a training to pilot group of TVETs trainers as trainers to replicate and disseminate the ILO guide on promoting social cohesion through TVET to other trainers including local NGOs to ensure it is relevant, practical, and effectively integrated into Mozambique’s TVET system. Use of the ILO guide on promoting social cohesion through TVET, focusing on inclusive, gender-sensitive training prioritizing IDPs. The work includes organizing facilitating a workshop to train trainers on the methodology to use the guide and how to integrate into the TVET system.
