The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to support the Strategic Information Analysis & Use (SIA) unit with the following databases, which require development, alignment and transition to WHO systems and servers: Global Price Reporting Mechanism (GPRM) Country Intelligence System (CI) and related Strategic Information Databases for HIV, viral Hepatitis and STIs Department Consultant Database (DC)   See detailed Terms of Reference and bidding instructions under “Documents” below.  Please note: it is NOT necessary to click on “Express Interest” on the top right-hand side of the screen.
