The International Criminal Court (ICC), located in The Hague, the Netherlands, anticipates issuing a solicitation in the near term to identify a vendor capable of delivering Nederlands Instituut Bedrijfshulpverlening (NIBHV)–certified Basic and Refresher Emergency Response Officer (BHV) courses, commencing in 2026. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. The objective is to establish a long term (5 years) contract with a qualified provider.
