Invitation to Bid (ITB) Supply of Vehicles for Polio Outbreak Response in Papua New Guinea ITB Reference No.: ITB 2026-07-007-PNG WHO Office: WHO Country Office, Papua New Guinea Issued on: 29 July 2026 Closing Date: 03 August 2026 Closing Time: 4:00 PM (UTC+10, Port Moresby Time) Background The World Health Organization (WHO) Papua New Guinea Country Office invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of vehicles to support the National Department of Health (NDoH) and Provincial Health Authorities (PHA) in implementing Polio Outbreak Response, Routine Immunization, and Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) Surveillance activities throughout Papua New Guinea. Scope of Requirement WHO seeks the supply, delivery, and commissioning of brand-new four-wheel-drive vehicles suitable for operation in Papua New Guinea's challenging terrain and remote locations. The requirement consists of eleven (11) units of 13-seater 4WD vehicles (Toyota Land Cruiser Troop Carrier or equivalent) and two (2) units of 10-seater 4WD vehicles (Toyota Land Cruiser Wagon or equivalent). All vehicles shall comply with the technical specifications outlined in the ITB document and include the required warranty, after-sales support, and documentation. Eligibility Requirements Interested bidders must: Be legally registered and authorized to conduct business. Demonstrate experience in supplying similar vehicles. Provide manufacturer authorization, where applicable. Have the capacity to deliver the vehicles within the required timeframe. Comply with WHO procurement policies and ethical standards. Submission of Bids Bids shall be submitted through the WHO In-Tend e-Tendering System.
