The OPCW has outsourced electrical maintenance services since leasing the building and is currently seeking to re-tender these services beginning 01 January 2025 for an initial period of three years with an optional two year extension. The requirements for comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of all specified electrical installations in the main OPCWHQ building. The aim is to ensure operational reliability, compliance with all applicable laws, and to minimise system downtime.
