The COA programme is creating multilingual thematic testimonial video series that can effectively convey key messages for key resettlement topics. Testimonials and a format of video are a powerful visual tool for information sharing and learning. The project is to develop five thematic testimonial interview-focused videos in nine languages to be used in COA sessions that will enhance engagement and learning outcomes of COA participants.
