In support of conference rooms and social events to be held during the 2026 Council, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) intends to engage one (1) external audiovisual technician to provide comprehensive on‑site audiovisual support throughout the full daily operational hours of the event. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit quotations for the provision of audiovisual support services. The selected service provider shall ensure the continuous availability of qualified and experienced personnel capable of delivering the required services in accordance with ITU operational needs and event schedules.
