The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking a qualified service provider to support the Municipality of Cuenca, Ecuador, in the implementation of the AquaSmart project—an initiative aimed at promoting responsible drinking water consumption through digital experiences, citizen engagement, and awareness campaigns. The selected provider will be responsible for enhancing the Mi ETAPA mobile application, designing and deploying interactive touchscreen totems, producing audiovisual and graphic content, and implementing both physical and digital activations to engage the public.
