Facility Management, Maintenance, and Cleaning Services   UNICEF Syria Country Office   The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Syria Country Office, invites qualified and experienced companies to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of Facility Management, Maintenance, and Cleaning Services. The services may include facility management operations, preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil works), cleaning and janitorial services, and related support services for UNICEF premises and facilities across Syria. The purpose of this EOI is to identify potential service providers with the technical capability, operational capacity, and relevant experience. Companies expressing interest may be invited to participate in a future solicitation process. Interested vendors are requested to submit a brief company profile highlighting their relevant experience, operational presence, and capacity to deliver the services in Syria.
