The International Labour Organization (ILO), within the framework of the EU-funded regional Youth-NEET Project, is seeking to recruit a qualified event management company to support the organisation of a regional study visit to be held in Barcelona, Spain, from 9 to 11 June 2026. The study visit will bring together representatives from Public Employment Services (PES) and partner institutions from across the MENA region (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Libya). It aims to strengthen institutional capacities through peer learning and exposure to the Catalonia Public Employment Service (SOC) model, with a focus on outreach strategies, integrated service delivery, and private sector engagement. The selected service provider will be responsible for the end-to-end logistical organisation and coordination of the event, including travel arrangements, accommodation, local transportation, venue management, catering services, interpretation, and on-site coordination. Interested companies with demonstrated experience in organising international events, particularly with institutional clients, are invited to submit a technical and financial proposal in line with the Terms of Reference.
