The purpose of this training is to equip our HR Leads across UNICEF West and Central Africa region (WCAR) with essential skills in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA). This training aims to enhance their ability to identify and respond to mental health issues among staff, thereby fostering a supportive work environment. The intended impact includes improved mental health awareness, reduced stigma around mental health discussions, and enhanced capacity to support colleagues in distress, contributing to a healthier workplace culture within UNICEF.
