Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The objective of this consultancy is to support the development of a more coherent and effective legal framework for occupational injury and disease benefits, aligned with ILO standards (notably Conventions No. 121, 102, 155, 161, and 187). The expert will assess existing legal arrangements, with special focus on the role and international models. The final output wil include legal options and policy recommendations to guide future reforms. Key tasks include reviewing national legislation and RHIF mandates, analysing gaps and overlaps in legal responsibilities, identifying relevant international practices (in EU Member States specifically), and developing feasible legal reform scenarios through stakeholder consultations. This assignment requires strong familiarity with the Serbian legal system and demonstrated experience in social protection or health insurance regulation. Prior engagement with or within the RHIF (RFZO) is a significant asset.
