The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is the summary of the work to be performed: This assignment is to support the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development (MOPHRD) in developing a concise, practical, and implementable workplan on the implementation of P.29 on Forced Labour, aligned with the provisions of the ILO Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29) and its Protocol. The workplan will aim to: • Identify key priority areas for the prevention and elimination of forced labour across relevant sectors • Lay the groundwork for developing a National Action Plan on Forced Labour • Strengthen institutional coordination among federal and provincial stakeholders • Outline actionable measures covering prevention, enforcement, and victim protection • Provide a simple monitoring framework with measurable indicators The assignment is expected to result in a focused and operational framework that supports coordinated implementation within existing institutional structures and available resources. The Work Plan will be designed to be realistic, prioritized, and implementable within existing institutional and resource constraints.
