Identify what explains the health inequity among the older population the most in the Philippines and Viet Nam; Identify whether the regional inequity (high and low performing areas) of health (intrinsic capacity) adjusted wellbeing (subjective wellbeing or functional ability) within the selected countries could be captured using the data; If possible, identify the environmental factors that most explains the regional inequity of health adjusted wellbeing; Based on results, derive the lessons and develop a policy brief that could be applicable to each country and the WPR.
