Below is a summary of the work to be performed: With funding from the European Union, the International Labour Organization (ILO) is implementing the ENABLE Programme in Lebanon, in close coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA). The Programme seeks to promote decent work and economic inclusion for vulnerable populations, including unemployed youth, women, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable host and refugee communities, through integrated employment and livelihood interventions. To support the effective communication and visibility of this strategic milestone, the ILO intends to engage a professional photography and videography consultant to support the visual documentation of the launch event and the presentation of the MOSA Economic Inclusion Framework, in line with ILO and European Union visibility and communication standards.
