The assignment will cover in-person, hybrid, or virtual formats and be divided into 3 Lots: LOT I. Conference services The Contractor shall provide high quality audiovisual equipment, such as microphones, interpretation equipment, cameras and video displays, and technical expertise to install and operate it, with the capacity to address rapidly any technical issues. This involves ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, and supplying any necessary hardware. LOT II. Design and provision of branded item The Contractor shall provide items with organization-specific and conference-specific branding, supporting the ODIHR in delivering conferences aligned with each event’s goals. This may include signage and other items to ensure easily identifiable venue setups. This includes the design and production of items such as name badges and lanyards, roll-up banners, backdrops and media-walls, conference programs stands, and giveaway merchandise. LOT III. Language services The Contractor shall provide simultaneous interpretation of conference sessions and translation of documents, as required.
