UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposal in order to select a supplier for the provision of Civil and Electrical Works for Chillers in the Plantroom in UNICEF India. UNICEF office in Delhi is currently undergoing an energy efficient retrofit of the existing HVAC system in the building, with a goal to significantly boost the energy efficiency and environmental performance. This modernization effort is geared towards meeting stringent energy conservation targets and supporting the office's journey towards carbon neutrality. This retrofit encompasses conducting civil and electrical works related to implementation of the chiller plant, with minimal impact on daily operations. To complete the retrofit within the fixed timelines, UNICEF India has developed specifications for civil and electrical works for this project. The TOR aims to identify a suitable service provider for supply, civil and electrical works, testing, and commissioning of civil and electrical works related to the Chiller Plantroom to the installation site in the building. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
