Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) Country Office for Nepal is looking for an individual to undertake work as a National External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Mapping of the recruitment practices used for recruiting and deploying Nepali migrant care and domestic workers; • Assess the prevailing working conditions, wage and social protection coverage of Nepali migrant care and domestic workers in key countries of destination; • Mapping of knowledge of migrant workers about their rights and support and protection services available including training and information in Nepal and in destination countries; • Identify the barriers to organization and representation of migrant care workers in the countries of destination. Based on the findings, recommend key contents for a pre-departure orientation manual for Nepali migrant care/domestic workers.
