This RFP is for engaging the services of a local NGO with demonstrated experience of field data collection and labour market research in Afghanistan, which will support development of a wage setting guidance note on the application of appropriate wage rates on employment intensive projects undertaken by the UN Agencies working under the Special Trust Fund for Afghanistan (STFA) and beyond
