This transformation focuses on enhancing service efficiency, improving vendor collaboration, and strengthening operational resilience through innovative technologies and refined outsourcing strategies. The overarching goal is to establish a flexible, efficient, and resilient IT support structure that caters to the needs of ADB’s diverse workforce and supports its long-term strategic objectives. At the core of this transformation is the reimagining of the IT Service Desk into an integrated, automated, and user-centric service delivery model. Central to this vision is ADB’s future Service Desk, an IT Employee Centre that will serve as the primary hub for employees, consultants, and contractors to seamlessly interact with IT support services.
