The PSP office in Qatar is looking for qualified suppliers for graphic design and printing services to support the creation of materials addressed to UNHCR private donors. The materials will mostly be proposals, donor reports, brochures, banners, donor acknowledgement as well as UNHCR logos branding on requested items, although there could be additional needs (e.g., event flyers and promotional materials). The graphic design needs will mostly be for text-centred documents in Word or PDF format and the video needs will mostly be for use on social media. Project duration: The service period will start from the appointment of the selected vendor and remain in place for the duration of one year with the option to extend for one additional year subject to agreement of both parties; in total a 2-year contract.
