To Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Sudanese STI System, covering key areas such as policy, funding, human capital, education, scientific output, infrastructure, and collaboration; develop a recovery plan, including actionable recommendations for strengthening the Sudanese science system and produce a final report that can be used for broader consultations and for fund mobilization.
