Conduzir oficinas e entrevistas com stakeholders internos e externos; 3. Definir missão, visão e valores institucionais; 4. Estabelecer objetivos estratégicos e indicadores de desempenho; 5. Propor plano de ação detalhado com metas, prazos e responsáveis; 6. Desenvolver metodologias para monitoramento e avaliação; 7.
