SCOPE OF WORK1.1.   Main activities the contractor is expected to undertake As part of its application to the 2025 Mayors Challenge. Fukuoka City Government will host a series of “ideathons” and “hackathons” involving local students, companies, and medical and care professionals, such as care managers, who have learned the basics of the Humanitude care method and dementia-friendly design. Those involved will collaborate with individuals living with dementia, to create inclusive living environments and to develop products and services that support independent living for those individuals suffering dementia. The selected provider will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of this process and its outcomes by implementing the following activities: ①   Assisting in recruiting participants for ideathons and hackathons. ②   Planning and implementing lectures for ideathon and hackathon participants. ③   Planning and implementing ideathons and hackathons. ④   Verifying their effectiveness and compiling the results. ⑤   Supporting Fukuoka City Government’s final application process to the 2025 Mayors Challenge.Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
