The assignment involves designing and delivering a targeted capacity-building intervention to strengthen direct service delivery for access to labour justice and reinforce effective referral mechanisms for migrant workers in Ghana. The work will focus on building the practical capacities of trade unions, civil society organizations, and relevant public institutions to provide coordinated, gender-responsive, and rights-based labour justice services. Key activities include reviewing relevant FAIR III programme documents and the Rapid Assessment on Access to Labour Justice for Migrant Workers in Ghana; developing an inception report and detailed facilitation plan; delivering capacity-building workshops and coordination sessions; facilitating practical discussions on complaint handling and referral pathways; and supporting the identification of concrete actions to improve service delivery and inter-institutional coordination. The assignment will culminate in the preparation of a final workshop report documenting activities, outcomes, strengthened referral mechanisms, and agreed next steps, in alignment with FAIR III outcome 4.3.
