ILO is seeking Expressions of Interest from 3 consultants (1 international team leader and 2 national consultants for Indonesia and Thailand) to conduct an independent final evaluation of the “Skills Development and Responsible Business Conduct for Transition” programme, implemented in Japan, Indonesia and Thailand. Individual consultants or teams of consultants intending to submit an application must supply the following information: 1) A description of how the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience are relevant to the required qualifications of this assignment. 2) A statement confirming the availability of the candidates to conduct this assignment and the daily professional fees expressed in US dollars. 3) A copy of the candidates’ CVs (which must include information about the qualifications held by the candidates) including a list of previous evaluations that are relevant in relation to the context and subject matter of this assignment. 4) A statement confirming that the candidates had no previous involvement in the design, and implementation of the Skills Development and Responsible Business Conduct for Transition Programme, or have a personal relationship with any of the ILO Officials who are engaged in the programme. 5) A few examples of evaluation products for projects/programmes related to skills development (full document). 7) A list of two referees (including name, affiliation, phone number and email address). These referees must be evaluation manager of the relevant evaluations undertaken by the applicants. The deadline to submit the application is by 5.00 pm (Bangkok time) on by 7 January 2025.
