This RFP, issued by UNESCO’s Iraq Office, seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide professional services for an 18-month project aimed at enhancing the capacity of educational Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Iraq. The initiative is part of the ITALEEM Programme (Equitable Access to Quality General Education in Iraq), funded by the European Union and implemented in collaboration with Iraq’s Ministry of Education and UNICEF.
