Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: A detailed training plan with timelines for the four SIYB modules: Generate Your Business Idea, (GYI), Start Your Business, (SYB), Improve Your Business, (IYB), and Expand Your Business, (EYB).Selection of qualified candidates to participate in the training of trainer’s program based on the SIYB Standards and requirements criteria. Train all trainers to use the SIYB Business Game during the Training of Trainers program. Supply Training materials for the training of trainer’s workshop. Train all trainers to use the SIYB Business Game during the Training of Trainers program. Conduct regular follow-up call with trainers and answer their queries during the preparations for the rollout of training of entrepreneurs/enterprises. This will entail individual supervision and follow-up with trainers through the provision of assistance in the preparation of their courses (agenda and methodology).Monitor, coach, mentor and assess the trainers during and after the roll-out of the SIYB program to enterprises. Conduct competency reinforcement workshop with candidates who need to enhance some areas of knowledge (as needed).
