The national consultant will support the international consultancy firm in carrying out the Egypt-specific components of the study. This includes contributing to data collection, stakeholder mapping and engagement, analysis of training supply and qualifications, and the drafting of the national chapters of the study report. The consultant will ensure alignment of the study with Egypt’s labour market context, the talent partnership matrix and the other THAMM plus partners work on skills and mobility, institutional frameworks, and ongoing national initiatives including the National Employment Strategy from MOLS and the education system reform, related to skills development, employment, and migration.
