This procurement is for the supply and delivery of 24 brand-new laptop computers in accordance with the specifications provided in Annex-01. Only bidders holding a valid business license in Afghanistan are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit all mandatory documents and provide complete technical, commercial, warranty, and delivery information as part of their quotation through the WAVE Tendering Platform.
