In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit quotation as outlined in this invitation to bid. Please find attached the bid document no. 9193691 for LTA for IG physical products for UNICEF China. It will be appreciated if you could provide your quotation for the items to UNICEF China Office no later than 10:20 am on 05 Nov 2024 (Beijing Time). The bid documents should be sent to UNICEF China Office by email. Emailing address is [email protected] with maximum ten (10) megabytes attachments per email which should be submitted in PDF format. Larger attachments should be separated in multiple emails with clear indication in the subject line.  The subject line of the e-mail should also include the above-mentioned bid number 9193691. When send your quotation, no other recipient should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email to [email protected]. Offers sent to any other email will be invalidated. It is mandatory to send the stamped and signed “bid form and declaration form” on page 3-5 of the tender document along with the quotation email. All bidders interested in doing business with UNICEF must respond to all the points requested in the Bid/Declaration form. By signing it, the vendor agrees that their company and its management have not been the subject of a final judgement of a final administrative decision for any of the exclusion criteria outlined in the form. Offers which fail against mandatory criteria are non-compliant and may lead to invalid bid submission. A Pre-bid conference will be held on 25.10.2024 2:00pm via Teams Meeting.
