The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified interested firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Preventative Maintenance, Spare Parts Replacement and Support of the Electronic Access Control System (EACS) and the Access Control Components (ACC) at The United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (“IRMCT” or “the Mechanism”) at Arusha. The IRMCT compound is located at Haki Road, Plot No. 486 Block A, Lakilaki, Arusha, Tanzania. The aim is to establish a contract for a period of 1 year (initial period) with an option to extend the contract for four (4) consecutive periods of one (1) year each, up to a maximum contract period of five (5) years under the same terms and condition. The contractor will provide EACS components as follows: Matrix V Integrated Security Management System (Matrix V) by ELID, EL5030 Multi Door Controllers, ER502 Single Reader Interface Units, ER505 Dual Reader Interface Units, Matrix V Client Workstations, Door Readers, Magnetic Locks, Breakglass Units, Door Contacts, Push Buttons, Backup Batteries for Controllers and Gate Motors. Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors must posses the necessary technical expertise and capacity to provide the required services, as only suitably qualified vendors will be invited to participate. Vendors are required to complete the attached self-declaration form (Annex A) and return the form via email to [email protected]. with a copy to [email protected]. Vendors expressing interest must be registered with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) at Registration Level 1. Vendors not registered in UNGM will not be eligible to paricipate in the tender Exercise at a later stage.
