WIPO requires the services of an external classification specialist to support its job classification processes. In accordance with WIPO Staff Rules and Regulations, all classification reviews of encumbered posts must be conducted by an independent external classifier. The selected specialist will be responsible for reviewing both encumbered and vacant posts, conducting desk audits where required, and providing grading recommendations for submission to WIPO’s internal Classification Committee.
