Amendment No.1 With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 27 March 2026, IMO wishes to issue an amendment to: a) Extend RFP Deadline: The deadline for submission to the RFP has been extended to Monday 27 April 2026 (12:00 hrs, UK Time), instead of Monday 20 April 2026, (12:00 hrs, UK Time), b) Amend Clause 3.2.3 and 4.1.2 b of the Terms of Reference. Please refer to the document titled “3. Revised Annex C – TOR Environmental Risk Impact Assessment – Costa Rica)”. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) seeks proposals for “ENVIRONMENTAL RISK IMPACT ASSESSMENT ON UNDERWATER RADIATED NOISE (URN) FROM SHIPPING ACTIVITIES IN COSTA RICA” in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein. 2. Bidders should not submit a proposal if they are unable to accept the IMO Terms and Conditions, as per Annex B. 4. Proposals must be received by the IMO no later than 20 April 2026, 12:00 hours (UK Time). Proposals received after the designated time will be automatically rejected. Proposals are to be transmitted online via the IMO procurement portal. Submission of proposals by other means is not accepted. Note: Due to specific operational requirements and the nature of the services to be provided, participation in this tender is restricted to entities that are legally registered in Costa Rica and meet all applicable tender qualification and technical requirements.
