No late submissions of bids will be possible or accepted. Bidders are therefore advised to ensure that they have taken all steps to submit their bids sufficiently in advance of the above closing date and time, including complying with any technical requirements of the UNGM system. As part of its work, WHO undertakes jointly with Member States and other specialized UN Agencies a variety of health projects for which equipment and supplies are provided free of charge by the Organization. Purchases of such material are non-commercial and international in character, as the products in question are for the use in health programs mainly in developing countries or in the offices of WHO itself. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enter into a Long Term Agreement(s) for a duration of 5 years with a successful bidder for the supply of the following: Software for content management and dissemination via digital signage at WHO. WHO is an Organization that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet WHO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
