The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to carry out an independent, comprehensive stocktaking exercise to assess WHO's institutionalization of the Prevention of and Response to Sexual Misconduct. The stocktaking exercise is expected to assess the progress made by WHO against agreed milestones to date (including results, targets and standards). Given the short timespan since inception of WHO’s activities for the prevention of and response to sexual misconduct, a review of outcomes seems not yet possible thus an input-/output-based assessment shall be conducted.
