The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT), is seeking one contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for the UN-IRMCT facilities in its headquarters in the Hague. The preventive maintenance and repair services includes seven (7) areas: 1- Ventilation System 2- Automatic Gates and Doors System 3- Kitchen Equipment and Refrigerators 4- Flagpoles 5- Intercom System 6- UPS Systems 7- Emergency Generator Please note that the exact description list including the models and types of equipment and components for each system will be available only in the solicitation documents. The location for delivering the services is Churchillplein 1,2517 HW, The Hague. The requirements are as follows: 1. Provision of 24/7 service coverage. 2. Provision of emergency call-out service. 3. Provision of maintenance plan. 4. Provision of additional services on as-required basis. 5. Provision of a Project Manager and five (5) Technicians. The new contract will be established for a duration of two (2) years, with an option for extension for three (3) further one-year periods (2+1+1+1). The estimated contract start date is 01 January 2026. Specific Requirements/Information Technical Requirements: 1. Interested bidders must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the provision of maintenance and repair services for facilities and must be duly licensed to conduct business in the Netherlands. 2. Interested bidders must have a minimum of three (3) years of expereince in providing similar services to a minimum of three (3) corporate clients or international organizations. 3. Interested bidders must be able to communicate in English language. All correspondence between the UN-IRMCT and the selected bidder as well as all documentation will be in English language.
