The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is inviting proposals from eligible non-profit or governmental organizations to implement emergency winterization support in Sumska oblast, Ukraine. The selected service provider will be responsible for identifying and verifying approximately 382 vulnerable rural households and distributing paper or electronic vouchers for fuelwood to help them cope with energy insecurity during the winter. The project, under FAO initiative OSRO/UKR/037/NOR, also includes community engagement, coordination with local authorities, and raising awareness about FAO’s complaint and feedback mechanisms. Proposals must be submitted via the UNGM portal by 25 July 2025, 23:59 Kyiv time.
