The WIPO Academy seeks to engage a qualified eLearning Service Provider to help Member States establish, configure, and customize localized Learning Management Systems (LMS) under the IP EdTech initiative. The Service Provider’s expertise will be instrumental in bridging the digital divide in education, ensuring that the learning platforms are accessible, user-friendly, and sustainable across different technical environments.
