The programme places talented Nigerian graduates in structured 12-month placements within leading firms, strengthening the transition from education to productive employment.Since inception, NJFP has demonstrated significant scale, reaching thousands of graduates across multiple cohorts and host organizations in sectors ranging from finance and technology to manufacturing, agriculture, and professional services.
