This EOI aims to identify reputable partners with the capability to: Contribute to the design and development of PPE prototypes in line with interagency requirements. Provide innovative solutions that ensure an optimal balance of protection, usability, thermal comfort, and sustainability. Support collective procurement strategies to secure cost‑stable, high‑quality PPE at scale. The EOI document is attached herewith for your review.
