ILO is looking for an implementing partner to evaluate the effects of the EV transition on transport workers in Bangkok by analysing the “urban EV value chain,” identifying emerging and at-risk occupations, assessing skill gaps, and informing inclusive, evidence-based workforce strategies and vocational training interventions to support a just transition (Refer to detailed TOR attached).
