Youth Engagement Center (YEC) Process & Impact Assessment To conduct 1 comprehensive Impact Assessment of the YEC model—examining both implementation mechanisms and outcomes Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the YEC model, including its empowerment structure (YECAB), capacity, infrastructure, data systems, skilling programmes, curriculum, outreach strategies, learning outcomes, and community engagement activities to better articulate how the YEC programme contributes to youth empowerment and employment outcomes.
