The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to provide senior expert IPC technical input for the capacity building on health care-associated infections (HAI) surveillance, including development and delivery of training material for Low and middle income country (LMIC) professionals on the principles for development and operation of strong HAI surveillance systems,  including their monitoring and evaluation activities.
