Late proposal submission will not be acceptable. Required Documents: LITB-2026-9202726 LTA ICT Equipment  , page 3-5, must be completed, signed, and stamped by your company Annex I – Specification ICT equipment (Financial/Price Proposal template) : Company Must be completed (specification of products to be offered with Price), signed, and stamped by your company (in non-editable PDF format). Company Patent / VAT certification/ Product certificate where relevant Proposal Submission: Email submission: Proposals must be submitted to the ONLY ACCEPTABLE E-MAIL ADDRESS [email protected];  in a non-editable format (i.e., PDF), clearly marked with the tender number (LITB-2026-9202726 ), No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Proposals received in any other manner will be invalidated. All Bids submitted by e-mail must be submitted as email attachments. Email links (e.g., to documents to be downloaded from cloud-based folders) are not acceptable unless otherwise specifically requested. Bids submitted as a link or through a link will be invalidated.
