This assignment primarily involves designing and laying out Better Work Annual Reports and producing compelling, high-quality visual materials for both digital and print use. These deliverables will encompass a range of communication assets, including brochures, one-pagers, banners, PPTs and various other communication collateral. A key component of this role is collaborating consistently with the communications team to ensure all project deadlines are met. We expect the selected graphic designers to demonstrate strong responsiveness, maintaining availability via email, phone, or online chat for timely material turnaround. Successful candidates will be adept at accurately estimating the time required for comprehensive design work, effectively communicating questions, and proposing recommendations for visual enhancements. Familiarity with modern design principles, accessibility standards, and the ILO and Better Work Brand Guidelines is essential. Designers will be required to provide time estimates for all deliverables and actively monitor the hours utilized against their contract.
