UNICEF has now issued a: Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Consultancy services for Process Evaluation of Integrated Adolescent Programme ,Zambia . BRIEF BACKGROUND Purpose The purpose of the Process Evaluation is to assess the extent to which the Integrated Adolescent Programme has been able to meet its objectives, identify key operational barriers that have hindered its effectiveness and gather knowledge that will inform the adaptive management for improvement in the implementation of future interventions. Objectives The specific objectives of the evaluation are: • Assess the implementation fidelity of health, education, protection and social interventions for marginalized adolescent girls against the original plans and their alignment with the UNICEF’s Adolescent Girls Programme Strategy (2022–2025). • Examine adolescent participation and leadership, focusing on how programme activities have engaged adolescents, especially girls in leadership roles within communities, institutions, and organizations. • To assess the appropriateness of the project activities with respect to its project beneficiaries and targets group. • To evaluate the performance and achievements of the project against the plans laid out in the approved project results framework. • Examine coordination and integration of the programme across different sectors. • Evaluate the delivery, quality, effectiveness and inclusiveness of integrated adolescent interventions from both implementation and stakeholder perspectives. • Identify barriers and enablers affecting the effective implementation of interventions. • Gather lessons and insights to inform continuous improvement, innovation, adaptation, and sustainability of the interventions for long-term impact.
