The ILO’s Evaluation Office (EVAL) is responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of the evaluation policy, practices and provides oversight of selected evaluation activities funded by regular budget and donor agencies of the ILO. EVAL’s communication plan calls for the development of new initiatives, products and services, in addition to developing a robust visual identity of EVAL’s communications. The external collaborator will: 1. Create the design and layout of EVAL’s core reports for 2026, and related quick facts including: • Annual Evaluation Report 2025-26 • High-level evaluation of ILO’s strategies and actions for skills development • High-level evaluation of ILO’s strategies and actions for social protection • High-level evaluation of ILO’s Decent Work Country Programme in Asia and the Pacific region • Meta-analysis on decent work results and effectiveness of ILO operations, 2025 • Synthesis review of ILO evaluation reports • i-eval Insights series (up to 3) • Quick facts (up to 6) • 5th edition of the ILO’s policy guidelines for results-based evaluation 2.
